Welcome to Claude + Zoho One for SMBs by MFORZ.

This course is designed to help you use Claude AI together with Zoho One in a practical, business-focused way. Over the coming weeks, you’ll learn how to connect Claude to your Zoho environment, work more effectively with apps like CRM, Mail, WorkDrive, Analytics, and Desk, and build smarter workflows that reduce manual work and improve consistency.

The course is released in weekly modules, so you can learn at a steady pace and apply what you learn directly in your own business. Each module includes practical lessons and assignments, helping you turn knowledge into action.

Course schedule

A new module goes live every Thursday at 9:00 AM.

• May 21 — Module 7: Claude + Zoho Desk
• May 28 — Module 8: Build your own Doortje (Final)

What happens next

Within the next few days, you’ll receive an invitation to join our Zoho Cliq group, where we’ll share updates, answer questions, and support each other throughout the course.

Your first release is Module 0 & 1, which go live on Thursday, April 9 at 9:00 AM. After Module 1, we’ll schedule a live Q&A session, with details shared in Cliq and by email.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a strong foundation in Claude + Zoho One and the building blocks for your own tailored assistant setup: your own Doortje.
